Bengal Gets a Multi-Sports Training Ecosystem

Amuzi, a SportsTech organisation facilitates a sports Ecosystem and on March 21st, 2026 announced the launch of its first-ever multisports training facilities in West Bengal, with a strong focus on tennis, pickleball, handball, shootingball, volleyball, futsal, basketball and martial arts at Eco Creek, Joka which already runs motorsports, adventure biking, and 4x4 car rally training. The announcement was made during a press conference at Calcutta South Club.

Eco Creek is a resort with facilities for relaxation and recreation making it the ideal setting for the intense training and recovery associated with sports. Its natural, leisure, and high-energy recreation come together in perfect harmony. It boasts of water bodies and open areas for exciting weekend getaways and systematic training.

The initiative aims to build a comprehensive sports ecosystem that caters to both emerging and professional athletes across multiple disciplines, moving beyond conventional sports infrastructure in the state.

Highlighting the growing popularity of new-age sports, Aditya Khanna said, “This kind of training centre for pickleball is very much needed in a state like West Bengal, where people are truly enthusiastic about sports. Structured facilities will help nurture talent and bring global recognition to emerging sports.” He also announced that multiple International level Pickleball tournaments and top tennis tournaments would be held at the facility, including coaches training and masterclasses.

Rajiv Ghosh, Director of Amuzi Sports, also added, “We are launching India’s Sports first dedicated OTT platform and Channel TV exclusively for sports broadcasting.”

Renowned motorsports personality Uday Ganguly attended the event and highlighted the need for structured training across sports categories. “People know very little about motorsports and often fail to recognise it as a legitimate sport. This initiative at Eco Creek will transform its future in West Bengal,” he said. He also emphasised the importance of professional training for safety and performance.

Amuzi Sports further revealed its plans to integrate AI-driven training systems and smart sports infrastructure to enhance athlete performance across disciplines. The ecosystem is designed to create a safe, technology-enabled, and performance-focused environment, positioning Kolkata as a rising hub for multisports training.
